The Executive Loneliness Index

This survey asks senior leaders about meaning, isolation and health — including questions most people are never asked. It takes about seven minutes. It is anonymous. We do not ask for your name, your company, or your email. We cannot connect your answers to you, and we will not try to. Results are published only in aggregate, and we will publish the anonymized dataset so that anyone can check our numbers against the data. The first question tells us whether you are in the group this survey is about. Every question after it is optional — skip anything you would rather not answer. Some questions touch on mental health and substance use. Nothing here is a diagnosis or advice.
